blue! advancing european projects GbR emanated in 2003 from a merger of the two companies blueEuropeanEnvironmentalManagment and Dorothea Palenberg - advancing european projects. The three partners of blue! have more than 16 years of relevant experience.

The principal office of blue! advancing european projects is located in Freising. It offers facilities for meetings or small seminars. The office is situated in the town centre, Obere Hauptstr. 29, only a five-minute walk from the station. Freising is well-known for the world's oldest brewery on Weihnenstephaner hill, as well as the “Green Science Center” of Technische Universität München and its many scientific institutes and State Agencies in the fields of agronomy, food technology and landscape ecology. Freising - an ideal place for developing integrated projects in nature conservation, landscape planning and rural development.
Since September 2008 blue! has another office in Cologne. It is based in the west of the town, Wiethasestraße 42. There is also the possibility for meetings and presentations.
